Blogging & Social Media

Yay! Tomorrow I'll be going to Orlando and I'm so exited, But I don't know when I'll be able to post new stuff, so that's why I wanted to make a short post about.. Social media! Well, kind of.

I noticed that alot of people have a page for their blog on any social media site nowadays, which is smart, because this way you can keep in touch with other bloggers and/or readers. Sometimes I also get asked if I have any special pages, But my blog isn't that big . I do have some other accounts, so I'll share them with you in this post.

Twitter - I do have a twitter account, But most of the time I just tweet random things which have nothing to do with my blog, so be prepared if you ever feel like following me, haha! :-)

Weheartit - if you are searching for pictures to include in your blogposts, this is the site. You can find pictures of almost everything, from celebrity photos to food pictures.

Fashiolista - This is THE website for people who love fashion! You can share your favourite items with the rest of the world, just by liking an item.

Polyvore - A very simple and easy way to find an outfit that matches perfectly. You can include flowers, background items, your favourite fashion items and alot more! Just give it a try, because once you try it out, you keep creating new looks! The only reason why I don't use it that much anymore is because I use PSP and PS for almost everything.

Facebook - I do have one, But I won't share it, because It's a personal one, so that's why you can't find it on this blog :-)

And last but not least:
Tumblr - This is where I will reblog pretty, girly, fashionable pictures. A fun site when you're really bored!

That's pretty much it.. Hope I'll be able to post again very soon and if not, I will keep working on new posts!

Hey everyone, Since there are alot of people who have awesome blogs, But don't really get alot of views and/or only leave a comment, so they can share their own blog address I thought it would be a smart idea to create a post for this. This is the chance to let me and others know about your fabulous blog!

Random + updates!

Just a post with random pictures and some info about my plans for the upcoming month.

My mom felt like taking a picture of me while my hair was doing It's own thing and didn't feel like staying the way I wanted it to, So meet me, my favourite pair of sunglasses and my weird hair:

 Yep, that's me and my funny hair.

And a random train picture, because I just feel like sharing random things at the moment, haha!

Also, I have some news for all of you. I haven't celebrated my one year blog anniversary,
But that's because I want to give you guys something nice, fun and (maybe) special, so I'm working on that.

If everything works out well, you will also be able to find more outfit posts next month.

Another thing: My mom and I created a new blog where we will post about our trip to Florida.
It will probably be in Dutch AND English. The first post will be up when we're done with the layout and stuff. This way you guys can read and see what me and my mom are up to..
Only if you're interested ofcourse. We can't update every single day, but we'll try our best!

We had a blog before and it was alot of fun, because we have foreign friends and It's an easy and fun way to share our experience with them (and alot cheaper than calling, lol).

The one I've been looking for..

If you follow me on twitter, you may have seen the picture I tweeted of my new baby and if not,
here it is again:

 

Yes, I finally did it.. This is my new camera. It's an Olympus P 800-UZ and makes pretty good pictures.
It has 30x optical zoom and it has alot of options (maybe too many). 

The reason why I wanted this camera instead of a Nikon or Canon is because I'm not a professional photographer, so I don't need a super expensive camera. As long as it has enough optical zoom and makes good quality pictures, I'm happy.

Here are some random pictures I've made with my new Olympus camera:

If you look next to the tree, you can see the lighthouse.

And this is what it looks like up close. It's made from the same distance as the previous photo.. Just with more zoom. Alot more zoom.

I can't stop taking random pictures!
The only thing is that it takes some time to get used to it, But I'm sure It'll work out fine.

It took some time to find the right camera, But it was worth the wait.
